quality: We have structured our practice to allow for only the best quality of treatment. Our clients receive greater personal attention during office visits, sessions and times of crisis. And our practice is not a training ground for green therapists. Our staff is comprised of experienced professionals with deep experience in their specialty areas.
access: At some practices, clients have to wait months to receive an initial assessment, or even weeks to be seen when in crisis. At Lotus Group, we guarantee access to a licensed therapist for an immediate assessment. We understand that emotional pain does not happen by anyone's schedule. Timing is everything. So we set our schedules with that in mind, enabling clients to be seen within 24 to 48 hours in times of crisis.
confidentiality: We are a "private" practice in every sense of the word, operating independent of hospital systems or any other large mental health organizations. This allows us to guarantee absolute confidentiality regarding our clients' treatment.
professional relationship: When our clients face their challenges and invite us into the most important aspects of their lives, we become truly invested in their growth. We offer them a professional relationship, not just an hour of time. And we help coordinate their care with other professionals such as physicians, pediatricians, teachers, schools, spiritual leaders and lawyers - anyone who is a part of helping make the changes necessary for healing.
change: Our clients expect change here because we expect it. We work hard to advance our clients along a path of healing. While our proactive approach may differ from treatment at more institutional practices, our clients come to us for a different reason - not to cope or to manage, but to finally get well.
